The Laa project brought a very fundamental challenge. To bring a whole new perspective to the telco brand in retail. It brings harmony to the customer's life and use of technology.
Laa is a space where you feel good. Where you get advice, listen to your favourite music, play a game or try out the latest technology. A place where you feel at home. A place where you get advice and solutions to your needs. A place where technology helps us for the benefit of life out there.
Balanced. Harmonious. Real.
What were we
thinking about?
Life. Our lives.
What we do in this world.
Why we're here. And where we're going.
We each have our own path. Often quite winding. Stormy. Wild.
But one thing, the main thing, we all have in common.
That's important to remember. To realize the nature of our diverse lives.
We must realize that despite the different directions
we take on our journey, we have one thing in common.
Life. We are all human.

Although the world of Laa won't see the light of day, it has become a winning concept for a new telco brand for which we are currently finalising retail space prototypes. This will soon be previewed not only on the website, but also in the real world.
And how did the selection process work?
The investor approached selected entities in a two-round process. Based on the provided documents, they then approached 5 potential agnecies and studios from all over Europe in a second round to elaborate their vision of a future store for the telco. A non-existent brand was used as the new brand was under strict NDAs. We were able to create a proposal and vision of what an innovative telco brand could look like in retail in a record time of 2 weeks. Do you like it?
